Cleanroom</p><p>We are currently recruiting for a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician.</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Perform production support activities according to EHS guidelines and in a cGMP compliant manner following procedures and instructions.</p><p><strong>– General Responsibilities and Qualifications –</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />
</p><ul><li>To support hands-on production and trouble-shooting activities in a Clean Room environment, where handling of materials such as acids, alkalis, solvents and powdered media are involved.</li><li>To perform production support activities such as area cleaning and housekeeping, small parts cleaning, equipment surface cleaning, autoclaving, materials/consumables transfers and management of production storage locations.</li><li>To follow procedures and instructions at work according to EHS guidelines and in a cGMP compliant manner, participate in GMP and Safety audits, to avoid any HSE and Quality incidents at all times.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives, conform to production, project schedule, adherence to timelines</li><li>Work in a respectful and fair manner with other team members, collaborate, train and learn alongside each other</li><li>1 year contract to start. Potential to extend or converted to full-time.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators</strong></p><ul><li>Conformance to production, project schedule, measured in time</li><li>Number and severity of process deviations</li><li>Able to collaborate effectively, both internally and externally</li><li>No avoidable HSE and Quality incidents</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Candidates will be working under a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing environment where understanding of the processes and compliance to facility maintenance and documentation will be emphasized. Training will be provided to ensure candidates will be able to perform the role.</p><p>ITE or Diploma Holder in Science or Engineering preferred with good level of English reading and writing ability. No specific experience required, as long as able to understand and learn basic operational manuals, and willing to work night shift in a controlled manufacturing environment in Tuas.</p>
